Terms of Service

By using our trash bin cleaning and/or pressure washing services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Service Overview

E-Z Works Cleaning provides:

● Trash Bin Cleaning: Scheduled cleaning of residential or commercial trash and recycling bins on a monthly or quarterly plan.

● Pressure Washing: One-time or recurring service for driveways, patios, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces.

2. Customer Responsibilities

For Bin Cleaning:

● Bins must be empty and curbside (or in an accessible location) by 10:00 AM on your service day.

● If bins are inaccessible or full, the service will be skipped without refund.

For Pressure Washing:

● The area must be cleared of vehicles, furniture, and debris.

● A working water spigot must be accessible.

● Missed appointments due to lack of access may incur a service fee.

3. Billing & Payments

To provide a smooth and efficient service experience, E-Z Works Cleaning follows the billing process outlined below:

● Payment Method Required: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file at the time your cleaning is booked.

● Secure Payment Storage: Credit card information is securely stored and processed through Jobber Payments.

● Payment Timing: Your first clean is charged upfront before scheduling. Recurring charges are processed after each completed service.

● Authorization: By booking a service with E-Z Works Cleaning, you authorize us to charge the card on file for the completed service.

● Failed Payments: If a payment cannot be processed, service may be paused until a valid payment method is provided.

● Annual Plan Rate Lock: Customers on an active Annual Plan who renew before their plan expires will retain their original rate for each consecutive renewal. If a plan lapses, expires without renewal, or is cancelled for any reason, the locked rate is forfeited. Upon return, the customer will be enrolled at the current rate in effect at that time.

● Prepaid Plan Pricing: Customers on a prepaid 6-Month or Annual Plan are locked in at the rate paid at time of purchase for the duration of that plan period. Prepaid plans are non-refundable once the first service has been completed.

4. Minimum Commitment Policy

For monthly and quarterly plans, a minimum of 3 cleanings is required before cancellation without penalty.

● If you cancel before completing 3 cleanings, we will charge a final adjustment to cover the difference.

● Example: If you cancel after two cleanings, your final bill will include the cost of one additional cleaning.

● This ensures fairness and covers the discounted rate built into recurring plans.

● Promotions and discounts cannot be stacked.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

● You may cancel your plan at any time. If you’ve completed fewer than 3 cleanings, your final charge will reflect the minimum-visit requirement.

● If you cancel a bundled bin cleaning and pressure washing plan you retain your credit towards a pressure washing job that you can schedule within 1 year.

● No refunds are issued for skipped or missed cleanings.

● Pressure washing cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

● Services canceled by E-Z Works Cleaning (e.g., due to weather) will be rescheduled.

6. Rescheduling & Missed Services

● We may reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or holidays.

● If a cleaning is missed due to our error, we will reschedule or apply a credit at our discretion.

● Customers are responsible for notifying us of changes to trash pickup days or access issues.

7. Service Modifications

● We reserve the right to update service offerings or pricing.

● Advance notice (minimum 24 hours) will be provided whenever possible.

8. Limitations of Service

● Cleaning results may vary based on surface or bin condition.

● We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn seals, faded finishes, or embedded stains.

9. Limitation of Liability

● Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.

● We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, with disputes resolved in the courts of Berks County.

11. SMS Messaging Program

E-Z WORKS CLEANING LLC may send text messages to customers who have opted in through our service request form. Messages may include service notifications, appointment reminders, review requests, and promotional offers.

● Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.

● Msg & data rates may apply.

● Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

● Reply HELP for help.

● SMS opt-in information is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties.

12. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Age Restriction

Our SMS program is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

14. Satisfaction Guarantee

If your trash cans are not odor free after your first clean, we will issue a full refund for that cleaning, no questions asked. For prepaid plans, the refund applies to the first clean only — the remaining plan balance is non-refundable once service has begun.

15. Referral Program Terms

Customer Referral Program: Existing EZ Works Cleaning customers may refer neighbors or friends. The referred customer receives their first cleaning at $1 when they mention the referring customer's name at time of booking or upon welcome call. The referring customer receives one free month of service after the referred customer completes their first clean. The $1 first clean offer is exclusively available through customer referrals and is not available to the general public. EZ Works Cleaning reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Partner Referral Program: Business partners who refer customers to EZ Works Cleaning receive $50 per referred customer who completes their first clean. Partners receive 50% off their first clean standard promotional pricing. Partner referral fees are paid within 48 hours of the referred customer's first completed clean via agreed payment method. EZ Works Cleaning reserves the right to modify partner referral terms at any time.
