TERMS OF SERVICE

E-Z Works Cleaning LLC

Effective Date: July 2026

By using our trash bin cleaning service, you agree to the terms below.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

E-Z Works Cleaning provides professional trash bin cleaning for residential customers in Berks County PA and surrounding areas.

- One-Time Cleaning: A single professional cleaning of your bins.

- Monthly Plan: Recurring cleaning every 4 weeks, billed after each visit.

- Quarterly Plan: Recurring cleaning every 12 weeks, billed after each visit.

- Annual Plan: 12 cleanings prepaid upfront, billed once at enrollment.

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Bins must be empty and curbside by 10:00 AM on your service day.

- If bins are inaccessible or full, the service will be skipped without refund.

- Notify us of any changes to your trash pickup day or access before your scheduled service.

3. BILLING & PAYMENTS

- A valid credit card is required on file at time of booking.

- Card information is securely stored and processed through Jobber Payments.

- One-Time, Monthly, and Quarterly: First clean is charged upfront at a discounted rate. All future visits are charged automatically after each completed service.

- Annual Plan: Full payment is required at enrollment. No further charges until renewal.

- By booking, you authorize E-Z Works Cleaning to charge your card on file for completed services.

- If a payment fails, service may be paused until a valid payment method is provided.

- Annual Rate Lock: Customers on an active Annual Plan keep their original rate on each consecutive renewal, provided they renew before expiration. If a plan lapses or is cancelled, the locked rate is forfeited and the customer re-enrolls at the current rate.

- Pricing updates never apply to customers with an active Annual Plan locked at enrollment.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

- No contract. Cancel anytime. No fees, no penalties, no questions asked.

- Monthly and Quarterly: Cancel before your next scheduled clean and no further charges apply.

- Annual Plan: Prepaid upfront. Once the first service is completed, the remaining balance is non-refundable — unless our Satisfaction Guarantee applies (see Section 13).

- No refunds for skipped cleanings due to customer inaccessibility.

- Services cancelled by E-Z Works Cleaning will be rescheduled at no charge.

5. RESCHEDULING & MISSED SERVICES

- We may reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or holidays.

- If a cleaning is missed due to our error, we return within 48 hours at no charge.

- Customers must notify us of access changes before their service day.

6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

- We reserve the right to update services or pricing with at least 24 hours notice when possible.

- Pricing changes never apply to customers with an active Annual Plan locked at enrollment.

- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined or stacked.

7. LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE

- Results may vary based on bin condition, age, and material.

- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn seals, faded finishes, or embedded stains.

- We are not responsible for damage to bins that are structurally compromised, warped, or weakened due to age, heat exposure, or manufacturer defects.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.

- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Berks County.

10. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM

E-Z Works Cleaning LLC may send text messages to customers who have opted in through our service request form. Messages may include service notifications, appointment reminders, review requests, and promotional offers.

- Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.

- Msg & data rates may apply.

- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

- Reply HELP for help.

- SMS opt-in information is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties.

11. CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. AGE RESTRICTION

Our SMS program is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

13. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If your bins are not odor free after your first clean, we issue a full refund for that cleaning — no questions asked. This applies to all plans including Annual. For Annual Plan customers, the refund covers the first clean. The remaining plan balance will be cancelled at your request with no penalty.

14. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Customer Referral Program:

- Referred customers receive their first clean at $1 when they mention the referring customer's name at booking or on their welcome call.

- Referring customers receive one free month of service after the referred customer completes their first clean.

- The $1 first clean is exclusively available through referrals and is not a public offer.

- E-Z Works Cleaning reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Partner Referral Program:

- Business partners receive $50 per referred customer who completes their first clean.

- Partner referral fees are paid within 48 hours via agreed payment method.

- E-Z Works Cleaning reserves the right to modify partner referral terms at any time.
